Govt job employees cannot switch jobs due to bad work culture, toxic boss, less salary. Whereas private job ppl have flexibility to leave companies for better opportunities outside

Govt job wale kamchor hote hai. 1 din ka kam 1 saal tak khich lete hai. No accountability No responsibility Govt ka kam business karna nahi hai Woh sirf rules regulations banae Tax collect kare. Sir sc st obc general cast ma sarkar na logoko bat dia hai. Aaj bharat ko aajat hua 70 sal ho gaya par ya pratha chali aa rahi ha. Sir modi ji kitna dur para ha mujhe janna ha. Kisi ko pata ho to bolna. Mujhe unki sochi garib ka liya thik nhi lagta hai.

Ye video puri tarah se sahi bhi nai he na pura galat bas mera individual experience share kar raha hu .. 1 meri company me na bonus system he na hi koi alternative Saturday off he 2 holidays ka calendar sabse wahiyat he kyuki alternative off na hone k karan 4 months me ek bhi chhutti nai hoti to dimag of sharir thak jata he irritating or angry feel hota he 3 dhang ka appreciation nai hota he na money me na naam me 4 jo log productive he unki or booch maarte he or nonproductive jo log ass licking karte he unko koi kahne wala nai ya normal si warning me chhod dete he 5 ladies k liye kabhi kabhi mahol utna acha nai hota he normally chhedti chalti rahti he or ekdam hookup wala culture faltafulta he . 6 job security full he meri company me but wo kis kaam ki jaha par ap grow na kar pao na dhang se vacation pe ja pao na car le pao 7 Bhedbhaav or politics bahot hoti he or work life balance rahta hi nai he .. 8 manager sab udte teer le leta he fir hamari team pe sab daal deta he or sab hampe thop deta he k ab ye mera lookout nai he .. 9 inki mentality yahi he ki inko trap me hi rakho middle class wale taki ye log financial freedom achieve hi na kar paye ..

Job is a slavery Job for Honest & Telented persons as when they are followings covered underneath reservation Policies of unlimited Under Rated seniors & juniors, who are given Time bond promotions & Job secured by it's unions & Govt. Laws for not doing the works for which they are Paid for...😮😮😮
