thanks for the vid.. I need to to do this on the driver side. I usually put spare change in the bottle holder area and it seems that some coins slipped into the inside of the panel lol. I can hear then rattle when I open the door.

I’ve had my Toyota gr86 2022 for about a year now, and all of a sudden when you first wind down the window it makes a “pop/crack” noise. It does the same for the passenger side too. But it’s weird, it won’t make the sound again after maybe 10-15 minutes later. It also makes this noise when you open the door

I think ours does something similar when it goes back up after closing the door. I’ve heard a similar sound. I haven’t been able to mess with it since it’s in storage right now.

Its cold out, the seals make noise when they're cold. The crack is from the windows dropping when you open the door. Once they heat up from the inside while you're driving, no more crack. It's perfectly normal, and it'll happen on a lot of frameless window cars.
