I made this on Sunday and loved it! My mother-in-law recently gave me a danish dough whisk, so I used that to mix it up and it worked wonderfully.

I made mine in a 12 muffin tin tonight. I’m on Purple plan. I used regular plain, nonfat yogurt (not Greek), and added vanilla extract, cinnamon, blueberries, and mashed banana.

@@dishwithdee turned out pretty good! Next time I may use a 2nd banana for more sweetness. Mine came out only very subtly sweet with 1 large banana.

I absolutely LOVE this bread and especially with pumpkin. I’m a BIG eater and this is very filling. Next time I’m going to try and make a streusel in the middle. And also would be great with a maple glaze

I am so glad that I watched you make it. I tried it before and thought that I did something wrong because it was so dry. I added almond milk to the recipe so it gave it a different texture but not what I was looking for. Made it again your way and oh my goodness. Hopefully I can stop at two slices!! I added All but the bagel seasoning on top....so delicious. Thank you for sharing 😊

Dee. It looks like the bread kept the ridges from your spatula as you packed in the bread to the pan. I wonder if you could take a knife and make a guide to cut the slices on top of the bread before you bake it and after it may be easier to slice into portions.

Wow, that looks so good!!! When I heard the crunch as you took the first bite I was so excited! I LOVE toasted bread, English muffins etc but I want them crunchy!! This one's for me! I'm not sure how well I'll be able stir it (I've got several forms of arthritis), but maybe I can get my hubby to stir it for me. What do you think Dee, could it be done in a stand mixer? Seeing how dense it is, I'm worried it would stress the motor. I can't wait to make this & taste it!!! Thank you!!

I used 2 of the 1/2 tsp as my tsp was wet . and it should have been baking soda not powder . I did correct it on the recipe blog

Welcome ! The person who created the recipe uses baking soda , I think you can use powder. I have used both . I have done this bread in pumpkin as well. It has to be toasted . I top with pb or jelly or avocado too
