I am trying to remember if you ever did a “Get Ready with Me” video where you show your make-up routine. Your make-up always looks great, not over done at all. It’s a natural look that I think a lot of Moms, especially this homeschooling Mama, would appreciate seeing what you use and how.

I had a brain hemorrhage 2 years ago and it was the scariest thing ever! 3 days after giving birth and first day home alone giving my 3.5 yo a bath and I noticed looking up in the mirror my face drooping and I couldn’t talk right. It was a hard recovery. I remember getting to stores and not remembering why I came and every migraine wondering if it’s that since I sometimes get ocular ones which can be another sign of stroke. Thoughts and prayers for your family member. On a lighter note. I love the ana Luisa jewelry I ordered bc of your recommendation before and also jumped on and ordered another ring a few days ago. Also definitely feel you on the boss is watching feeling. Hahaha Earlier this month I also ended up with pancreatitis and had to have surgery to remove my gallbladder, then an ERCP to unblock my liver. Only took the week I was in the hospital off and got back into our routine bc it really helps. So definitely relate to the pushing through the rut feeling. 💕

Oh dang! Prayers for your family member and they figure out the cause. I've had a TIA. It was caused by hormonal birth control. Apparently it's fairly common side effect for hispanic women. It's very scary. You totally did the right thing! Homeschool is part of life. And life doesn't stop. Last year we had job loss, a few family members pass away and deciding how to handle school on top of it. I'm so grateful for the flexibility and grace that homeschool provides!

Sorry to hear about your family member. I hope you are more at peace with how to help them. ♥️ I dislike working out in general, I think whatever time feels best is when you should do it. I could never do it first thing after waking up. I need a slow start to my morning. A 10-11am start time is my preferred to go walking/jogging, but sometimes in Summer that’s too hot so I have to go “early” like 8, and I hate that!

I used to feel like I needed to work out in the morning and if I didn't work out in the morning my day would be ruined or I wouldn't feel motivated to work out in the afternoon. Then by necessity, I had to switch my workouts to the afternoon for a week and ended up falling in love. It has become a great stress release from all the days doings and homeschooling. I can't imagine ever going back to mornings now. 😂

Finding the best time to work out is so personal and it changes even over the course of someone’s life. I get the benefits of early morning workouts but it’s not like the exercise doesn’t work if you do it later lol. I prefer super early morning workouts but my toddlers like to get up at 5am so there is no “before they wake up” for me 🤣. Someday they might change but for now I’m on afternoon/evening workouts.

A few months ago my 79 year old grandmother experienced a TIA in the middle of the night. She has no recollection of the event or the ride to the hospital in an ambulance. We did so many tests but all that we have been told is that she has a small pituitary tumor tha is non cancerous but they don’t think it’s related to the TIA. They also said her sugar was slightly elevated and that at her age it can cause more dramatic issues than what we’d expect. She hasn’t experienced anything like that since. Hope your loved one gets answers soon and stays safe! It’s definitely very scary.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I can empathize with you, as my husband and I (including our 3 children - 3, 7, & 10) witnessed my father-in-law have a number of TIAs over the Christmas holiday. Since he is 91 years old and lives with my mother-in-law (who is also elderly with her own health issues) we decided that, during our time visiting with them, it was most prudent to help them set up home health services, including a medic alert type of necklace in the event of an emergency happening at a time when they are alone, as well as someone coming in to help out with every day household things (i.e., cooking, cleaning, etc.) during the week. I know how scary this is. However, by the grace of God, your family member will get through this season, and so will you. Blessings.✨

I had a TIA a few years ago in my late 20s. It was terrifying It came out of no where I was home alone with my small kids. And couldn’t speak but in my mind I was thinking clear but my body couldn’t get it out. My neurologist said it could have been caused by a complex migraine. Or could also be caused by low blood sugar. It was scary to this day I am scared of it. I have to have ultrasounds on my arteries nerve tests. It was scary but they told me that after it happens it’s hard to tell the cause. I have never had one since but it is scary.

I was listening to the read aloud revival podcast and she was saying her husband isn’t the principal. She said a principal is someone that is working all day in the school environment and a homeschool dad isn’t involved all day overseeing the homeschool like a principal in a school. Your husband has an actual job so he isn’t a principal. Read aloud revival lady said her husband is more like a janitor lol. She said he helps clean and hears about her homeschool.

Hi, RN here. You absolutely did the right thing by making them go. It's good that everything checked out, but it is somewhat concerning that your loved one seemed to have a few back to back, and often (not always) TIAs are a precursor for an actual stroke, almost like a warning sign. Hopefully this isn't the case since all diagnostics checked out, but I would still urge your loved one to follow up with neurology or, at the very least, their primary to be safe
