not 1 Samuel 18.27 (KJV)? Wherefore David arose and went, he and his men, and slew of the Philistines two hundred men; and David brought their foreskins, and they gave them in full tale to the king, that he might be the king's son in law. And Saul gave him Michal his daughter to wife.

I find it strange that Sampson is always shown as someone with a mountain of muscles when I would bet that he was not that impressive physically but may have even looked fairly wimpy. That is why the Philistines couldn't figure out why Sampson was so strong. This also give all the Glory to God since it was obvious that it was God that was giving him his power and not something natural like muscles.

Bible ... specially Old Testament has many mythical stories that may have been used for bedtime. Samson is one of them. But to call him the strongest person? Nay.... that's more of an exaggeration. In my opinion, the strongest person was Jacob, who wrestled with God and defeated him. And the strong one was David, who cut the foreskins of two hundred Palestinians, and gave those to the king for DOWRY.

God works in mysterious ways. The message delivered here is truly a powerful one. Sometimes you need to be knocked down in life and reevaluate how far you have removed yourself from God. Once you noticed that, you realize God never left your life, it is your duty to find him and repair your relationship with him. Stop being caught in the pleasures of flesh and live in the presence of the Lord!

Lion of Fire Ministries, i am 66years old now and am enduring incredible health issues like Type2 Diabetic Neuropathy and numbness in my feet & legs and swollen left testicle twice the size than normal had these conditions for nearly three years now and too scared to see doctors for any surgical activities and my left bladder on same side as testical is swollen just a bit and is what actually caused my left testical to swell up very uncomfortable to deal with when walking or riding any bikes and felt this is a very strange condition that i havent ever heard of anyone else experiencing before. However, just before all these strange medical complications occurred to me, i had previously weighed over 247lbs @6'1" tall but i lost all this weight within 4months from 247 down to 183lbs!! And it was right after this that soon i had these terrible electrical shockings in my feet & legs and could not enjoy a good nights sleep as i had enjoyed all my life. Also i now have to urinate often throughout the day & night and actually get left leg cramps every time i have to go to the toilet and incredible bowel cramps as well during this time. I still have my job and lucky i can still work & provide formyself..however...i dont know how much longer i can endure all these critical health ailments and STILL carry on with my employment to endure? I have been offered a much better higher paying job from Monday through Thursday every week with a salary of $17.00 per hour with Friday,Saturday&Sundays off. My only problem with that job is that i would need to be standing up on my legs for 10hrs a work shift and i really dont think i could endure such long hours upon my feet standing so long? But this awesome job opportunity pays a yearly corporate profit share of ($2400) each year plus a great working environment and good health benefits..and this job is just waiting for me now to make up my mind. I dont really have any debts but rent, insurance, food & fuel and i do own a Chevrolet Tahoe SUV a Lincoln Cartier Town Car (2) Lexus LS400 sedans and ready to buy/collect a few Classic Honda Motorcycles for next Spring. (again, not sure i'llbe able to actually stradle any of them withthis swollen scrotum condition? I also have three top of the line Mountain bikes i love to take ride cross country but not sure just how long i can continue to enjoy this lovely activity anylonger like this? Even though i am an 66years old guy i tryto stay in pretty good shape..(besides these certain medical conditions i've described to you) Would you & your prayer warriors pleasekindly pray for The Lord's kindness healing blessings uponme and please help RESTORE me back to my awesome selfworth and be able to enjoy my "ongoing" physical activities and a restored or renewed faith in Gods will in my life? I would appreciate it so much and really be most Thankful for your kindness & prayerful compassion for this lonely warrior of life...Thank you so much and i hope God will CONTINUE to bless your ministry and life, as well

@@UltimateForceMarketing Perhaps you don't need 2 cars and several motorcycles in your life. We all desire earthly things but try not to want too much. Look around you and see how others in this world suffer too. The children that are abused and/or have no fresh water to drink, that's a good start. Those who have lost loved ones, suffer from various mental anguished.. I have wanted so much myself and bleat about my lot but when I see how others have less than me or suffer physical difficulties, I realise how well off I am. You have asked the right person to help you. He tells how he endured hardships and spiritual pain. His faith saved him. Believe you will receive what you ask the Father for in his Son's name and you will be granted it. Jesus said, he who endures to the end, the same shall be saved. I pray that your physical afflictions are healed. Amen.

Samson may not have had these muscles, but may have physically looked like a weakling. His strength wasn't physically discernible, except for the length of his hair. Since God usually uses weak things to confound the strong, the enemies may have underestimated him and got him bound easily, it wouldn't have been as easy had he been so muscular, they wouldn't have used his wife, but many strong men, anticipating his struggle.

Sampson essentially committed suicide because he knew that when he pulled the building down, he would die along with those inside who were God's enemies. Of course, he asked God for the strength to do it. And the Bible says that the Holy Spirit came upon him to give him that strength. So far as I can tell, Sampson is the only person whom God gave permission to take his own life.

Oh Lord I love the story of Samson! Two significantly salient themes arise from Samson's life! Keep your blessings & gifts from God closely guarded & safe. Also, we can be encouraged by Samson's prayer near the end when he was blind & slaving in the boneyard of the Philistines. He repents to God & prays for the Spirit of the Lord to come upon him one last time so he could fulfill God's purpose for his life,,to judge & bring down the Philistines, showing that it's never to late for God to exact his will on the earth through each one of us. As to his super strength, I believe it to have been not just physical strength but inward strength as well!

What a fickle deity! First, he uses the Philistines to punish his unfaithful chosen tribes, then creates a narrative to punish the enforcers of his judgment, as if following his orders was an offense to him. A lose/lose situation for the Philistines.

Wooooooow why'd you skip the parts where Samson enters the lion's carcass to get honey and then fed it to his parents without telling them where it's from? Judges 14:8-9 Some time later, when he went back to marry her, he turned aside to look at the lion’s carcass, and in it he saw a swarm of bees and some honey. He scooped out the honey with his hands and ate as he went along. When he rejoined his parents, he gave them some, and they too ate it. But he did not tell them that he had taken the honey from the lion’s carcass.

Who exactly have you been praying to? Our Almighty God (💎Genesis 17:1; 35:11) or his Son, Jesus Christ the Son of God (💎Hebrews 4:14)? You cannot be seeking God’s blessing, help or look for your prayers to be answered if you are praying and worshiping his Son🤷🏽‍♀️. What church “Christians” fail to understand is that Jesus Christ is NOT our Almighty God and they are and insist on praying to and worshiping the wrong person even though Scripture tells them otherwise. Even Satan knows who deserves the worship (though he so badly wants to be the one people worship…and some do). Jesus told Satan the Devil who deserves to be worshiped and he didn’t tell Satan it was him he should worship. He told Satan that His Father Almighty God is the one to be worshiped (💎Luke 4:8). That’s who Jesus worshiped and prayed to so I don’t get how church folks aren’t doing the same🤷🏽‍♀️. With that being said…. ✅The beginning of coming to know the one true God is first knowing his name. The One true God, Jehovah, is known by many titles: “LORD” “ALMIGHTY GOD” “Heavenly Father” “Sovereign Lord”, “Creator”, etc., but he has ONLY ONE name and that is JEHOVAH. 💎Psalm 68:4 might give you a clue. I would provide other Scriptures to support but unfortunately they stripped his name from the Bible and replaced it with “LORD” “Lord”. So people don’t know whether LORD/ Lord is referring to Almighty God or Jesus Christ. Here in lies the deception. They removed his name from the Bible, as it appeared in Hebrews Scriptures over 7000 times and replaced it with his title “LORD” (KJV) no wonder you all buy into the doctrine of the Devil “the Trinity”. You are seeking God’s blessings, but Do you know him and know his Son? If you don’t know him, chances are he doesn’t know you or recognize you either. He knows you exist, but you don’t know he exist because you don’t acknowledge or recognized his Authority and his Sovereignty. So don’t expect him to answer your prayers. Read what 💎John 6:44, 45, (read verse 46 and 47 or read the entire chapter for full context). So it is important that you do what 💎John 17:3 tells us to do and 💎Roman’s 10:9; 💎1 Timothy 2:4-6. Consider yourself warned⚠️

@@lionoffireministries Jesus Christ, the Son of God (💎Hebrews 4:14) is NOT!….NOT our Almighty God (💎Genesis 17:1; 35:11) and neither is Holy Spirit you may want to read 💎Acts 2:1-4🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. The Holy Spirit is God‘s power in action, his active force (💎Micah 3:8; 💎Luke 1:35). God sends out his spirit by projecting his energy to any place to accomplish his will (💎Psalm 104:30; 139:7. You church going “Christians” better acknowledged this fact quick, fast and in a hurry and do what 💎John 17:3 and 💎Romans 10:9 tells you to do so you can save yourself from destruction. Consider yourself warned⚠️ 💎Genesis 17:1: 35:11 and 💎Hebrews 4:14. Do these two Scriptures tell you Jesus is GOD or God is Jesus or any of the above Scriptures? How about 💎John 3:16? So you keep foolishly believing Our Almighty God is our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ when a bunch of Scriptures tell you this is a LIE! But because you all listen to pastor and not STUDY the Bible, you all are being deceived by false teachings and doctrine. Here goes Scriptural proof for those who insist on holding on to the LIES.👇🏾 If you are going to refute the Scriptures I share, it would be nice if you do so using Scriptures to support your proof (iron sharpens iron correct?). Thank you! 💎1 Corinthians 3:23 “In turn you belong to Christ; Christ, in turn, belongs to God.” Who does this Scripture say Christ belongs to? God🤷🏾‍♀️. 💎Acts 3:19, 20 Who did the Scripture said the Lord (KJV)/God send? Is it not Jesus Christ who was sent by the Lord? Where is 3 in 1 in that? NO TRINITY!!!!🤷🏾‍♀️ 💎Acts 3:26 Who did this Scripture said RAISED UP HIS SON Jesus Christ? See where God call Jesus (“His Son”)? 🤷🏾‍♀️ There is the Father, Almighty God and his Son (Mighty God) also known as Jesus Christ, Messiah, Prince of Peace, (Read 💎Isaiah 9:6), Lamb of God, Son of God, the Word 💎John 1:1; Yes! the “WORD WAS WITH GOD” in the beginning. Read 💎Proverbs 8:22 And 💎Proverbs 8:30. (As a matter of fact Read all of 💎Proverbs 8:22-30);💎John 17:5; 💎Revelation 19:13. JESUS IS NOT OUR Almighty God!!! HE IS MIGHTY GOD. Christ Jesus has been exalted by his Father to a position second only to God. 💎Acts 7:56 Who, according to this Scripture was standing on God’s right hand? So how is Jesus and God the same?🤷🏽‍♀️ 💎John 5:26, 27 who did the Father give life to in this Scripture? Didn’t It say God gave life to his Son and gave him authority to execute Judgment? (which he will do when he returns). 💎Matthew 28:18 Who do you think gave Jesus All Power in Heaven and Earth? Did Jesus give power to himself? How then is Jesus our Almighty God? 💎John 15:23, 24; 💎Philippians 2:9-11; 💎1 Timothy 2:5, 6; 💎Acts 2:36 💎John 8:29; 💎1 Corinthians 8:6; 💎Romans 8:32; 1 Corinthians 1:9 💎John 6:44 “No man can come to me unless the Father, who sent me, draws him, and I will resurrect him on the last day.” If these Scriptures don’t prove to you that Jesus is NOT God, as in Our Almighty (Sovereign LORD), then Check what God does when you all insist on holding tight to the lies and false teachings 💎2 Thessalonians 2:11. This is not the only false teaching the church is spoon feeding members. There are many others and it will serve you all well to figure out what they are quick, fast and in a hurry. The deception is deep and dark and the churches which Satan has been allowed to infiltrate is misleading the masses. Let those who have ears listen and those with eyes see. May God bless you and his Holy Spirit guide you to Bible truths.🙏

@@benjaminjunatas1933 I have to admit that I’m having trouble understanding Samson. It just sounds like a Greek mythical god or something. Even Pagen. It’s hard for me to believe that God would put supernatural power in ones hair. It sounds like a super hero story. I’m studying now to have understanding of it.

Samson was the Hebrews “Superman”. He killed their greatest enemies of the day in unbelievable ways and in unbelievable numbers. Has all the earmarks or great story telling. Not to be demeaning in any way and I think it’s actually better that it isn’t literal as the takeaway from the story is beautiful.

Disobedience to God’s law and not having faith in our one true God, God Almighty (Jehovah) 💎Genesis 17:1; 35:11 and his Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the Son of God (💎Hebrews 4:14) causes destruction. This Bible account has nothing to do with Breaking a vow with God and that “costing you your strength”. It’s about Almighty God fulfilling his purpose by using faithful servants (Samson’s mother)to carry out his will and giving them the strength (Samson) to accomplish his purpose. read 💎Judges 13:1-25. Also read 💎Judges 13:24, 25;💎Judges 14:6, 19; 💎Judges 15:14. He did the same thing with Mary, tasking her with the responsibility of carrying and giving birth to Jesus Christ. In our case our strength come from Faith in God and his Son Jesus Christ. And our strength comes from God’s Holy Spirit. God was using Samson to fulfill his purpose. The Israelites were disobedient in God’s eyes and God gave them into the hand of the Philistines for 40 years. God’s Angel appeared to the barren woman who was later to be Samson’s mother and informed her she will give birth to Samson and that announcement was followed up with instructions on what she is not to do while carrying this child (who would later be Samson). His birth was to fulfill God’s purpose for the Israelites and freeing them from captivity. All that transpired with Samson, in reference to Delilah was all part of God’s plan in fulfilling his purpose for his people. This Bible account and other Bible accounts are showing us how God accomplish his will and his purpose for his people (his faithful and loyal servants) using people of faith he has chosen to carry out any particular will or purpose he seeks to accomplish. Start reading 💎Judges 13:1-25 and the following chapters for full context. Just thought I should provide some clarity on this Bible account.🤷🏽‍♀️🙏

@@CS-dn8rd sir the Bible has does have something to do with breaking a vow and it costing your strength. The people of Israel broke their covenant and it always weakened their nation. This is a motif statement not a doctrine.
