When our little girl was born she spent her first week on Earth in the NICU due to a malady, on the 9th day the doctors told us that if her condition didn’t improve they would recommend surgery to correct it. We sent out a call to family and friends for prayer, more than 100 souls prayed for her and in addition about 10 of us went on a 24 hr. fast. The doctors would later tell us they couldn’t explain her sudden improvement but we knew, Christ had answered the prayers and our little girl got to come home. After so many days i felt like i had nothing inside absolutely drained just stay hydrated that will help tremendously 4. Keep zero calorie gun and dont swallow after not eating the body starts to clean up (ketosis) and you’ll start to taste nothing but water sounds ok but it was absolutely gross for me 4. Find time to meditate and pray i swear it will help so much and you can definitely hit 40 days

First thing first in order for any of us to receive something from God concerning what we are praying for is we need to follow some steps because it's more to it than just praying. U need forgiveness for anyone that hurt you, bitterness,angry, how you treat each other and others these are just few things that stop our prayers and hinder them from coming to past. Second use your weapons that the Lord has given each us to use against situation or circumstances in our life's. Read God's Chosen Fast. There are many ways to fast. Very good book. You can also sacrifice something for a few days, weeks, months. Talk to God and tell him what you are offering your sacrifice for. It's worked for myself and countless others. God hears your sacrifice. Prayers he doesn't budge. Bread and water only for 12-24 hours is what my family used to do. What's hard for me is giving up meat for a few days. You can say, I will walk to work. Any SACRIFICE will do.

I think fasting will help with that. It has for me. I’m healing from gluttony, body dysmorphia and bulimia. I never thought I’d be here. But it’s all thanks to our Lord. Yeshua is still healing me day by day. I pray He will do the same for you Vanessa 💛🙏🏾🙏🏾
