I personally added a lot of weight this year due to sickness. I had been on medication for almost the whole year but I thank God am now healed. The weight is still there though and so far it doesn't bother me. It's harsh that people meet me and ask"mbona umenona hivyo"? Nobody asks if I am okay. This should be a wake up call.
