Your dad is awesome! Loved the peeping above your shoulder. You can replace a glass of orange juice with an actual orange or some other piece of fruit (but not a banana). And you can trade out the coffee for tea, or just drink the hot water you want to drink and you'll have room for a few empty calories somewhere else. The same with the wine, really. Just drink the water. I do drink a cup of coffee (either black or with a little cream) in the mid-morning but I rarely drink anything but water otherwise. You're only the second other person I've come across who also prefers to drink water.

Hi Grace, a Skinny Latte means replace full fat, whole milk with skimmed milk. If you don't like drinking Coffee, then try drinking Tea instead. Regarding fruit juice, I would recommend Breakfast Juice - Grapefruit and Orange (pour juices into mug, leave for a while and drink at room temperature to allow the sugar to activate and sweeten the drink), which is what I have at weekends and Wednesdays when I cook Great British Breakfast, however you could have Apple or Cranberry juice instead. For cereal on Mondays and Thursdays, I recommend 50% Fruit Muesli from Tesco, because it is very healthy compared to normal muesli. Best wishes and take care. Kind regards, Peter Skuce. St Albans. I loved this video!!!! the orange juice faces, oh my I couldn't stop laughing! I love watching you, You bring such joy to me every time I do! Omgoodness, your dad is always hilarious! I love your family! I would love for you to make a southern, American food. Fried chicken, corn bread, .... and more. I am not from the south as I live in the east ... in the USA. However, the food is wonderful! Lots of love to you and always stay true to yourself! You my dear are AMAZING!

Loved the video! I'm waiting to graduate with my degree in nutrition so it's interesting to see how people find the food guidelines :) The drinks are specified at 150ml to limit sugar. And we're supposed to eat 30g of fiber per day!
