I feel like this girl would be a perfect female protagonist in a modern-day Jane Austen novel. She gives me Emma Woodhouse vibes.

I quite regularly have "breakfast" for "dinner". Its literally just food. Eat whatever you want when you want. I think having strict ideas of what is breakfast, lunch, and dinner are very limiting. Sometimes you just want french fries and chicken nuggets in the morning and cereal for dinner. Live your best life.

i'm glad you made this as i was wondering personally why certain foods are considered "breakfast" or "dinner". Like if someone really wants a salad or some chicken at 9 am, why is that strange? And if they feel like simple cereal or maybe pancakes for dinner, why is it just considered breakfast? As long as they are caring for themselves and their nutrition properly, it shouldn't matter what you eat at what time of day, ya know?

I think the idea of "breakfast" foods and "dinner" foods is silly... Eat what you want when you want it. Sweet foods like pancakes and waffles bother my stomach in the morning... I would much rather have them for dinner. Yesterday I had spaghetti for breakfast and it was delicious! I think the idea behind the saying is a good one though... Eat your larger meal in the morning, a moderate midday meal and something lighter in the evening... I would like to see how that works out for you!

I suppose even though the "main meal" is at the end of the day, when your day is over and you presume that you're no longer using the energy, your body does use all of that during your sleep. When you're asleep your body does all of its maintenance work and repairs etc. which uses a lot more energy than you might think. So then again, no matter what time you eat whatever amount, it's going to be used regardless :)

This whole being at home business has really uncovered a pattern: I don’t normally eat breakfast, but I eat a big lunch earlyish on, and if it’s sufficiently big, I kind of just have a sandwich or snack in the evening. My cats, on the other hand, like to have their main meal at 3 am. That’s when they wake me up, anyway.

that's controversial and appropriating a culture phased on a prophet fasting - it isn't right for her to do it for a video as an 'experiment' when it's meaningful.

@@ruruthefooool well it's my culture and I've fasted every ramadan for the last 20 years.... I think it's appropriate and I would love to see it👍🏻👍🏻

Grace you always seem so happy. :) Makes me feel positive just watching your vids. Can't quite get my head around chicken pie for breakfast though, sorry! Haha good for you for giving it a go though. I'm too conditioned to want my toast and nutella in the mornings!

I’d like to see some baking recipe or your cinnamon roll 🤤 I remember how you did baguette, I loved it. Also you could try growing your own vegetable/fruit for a video. Make a meal out of first (number) of food items you find in your fridge/freezer/cupboard
