So the more of these sickos we nab, the less abuse will happen and women will grow up who will protect their children and will turn in any sickos they meet. So this vicious cycle will start stopping

In this video when asked how many charges, his answer was as many as they possibly could. And 100% on homicides in the past 8 years.
