I never thought Tom Green would end up living life as a hermit/rural homesteader. He saw the Hollywood facade for what it was and learned a lot about himself. Proud of a fellow Canadian really enjoying life.

Eh, I got nothing against Tom, but the guy hasn't had a career for 20 years. He saw the "Hollywood facade" for what it was when he arrived, like they all do. He stuck around until it was bled dry, then he leaves and bad mouths it. It's always a bit annoying with guys like this, you got Joe Rogan too who played this narrative about "LA is bad". These guys moved there, used it, then left and talked shit about it - but the ironic thing is they wouldn't have the luxury of making the choice without the other place they apparently despised.

Tom has been on the cutting edge of whatever trend is coming up next. From being a rapper/producer in his rap group, Organized Rhyme baxk in the early 90s, to the Tom Green Show that paved the way for Jackass, to starting his podcast in the early/mid 2000s, you can't deny he's had a serious culture impact on new trends and culture altogether in the comedy industry. I have nothing but the utmost respect for him. 💯
@hoopslaa5235Ай бұрын
Cutting edge is DAMN CUTTING GENEROUS. He’s barely above average. He’s barely leading. He’s simply a comedian and that’s it. He’s not the industries best, he’s just not great. He makes a living and is book-able and gets gigs but cutting edge?!? You’re not a comedy buff at all! Hollywood know this, the only people that don’t are basic average regular Joe citizens. Come on man, I’m giving you the credit that you have ANY TASTE and know good from bad and are making this crazy outlandish comment. Reel it back In bro …🤦♂🫣😉😂🤣😹🐾

@@hoopslaa5235 You are clearly ignorant to what Tom's trail blazing has inspired. We are not talking about the quality of his comedy and how he compares in terms of talent to other comics. He innovated on the how and where, not so much on the increase in talent or quality.

Never thought my life path would be so linked to Tom Green. We are two 1990's Colonel By High School grads from Ottawa who in 2021 left the city and found purpose, inner peace and authenticity living more connected to nature. If you are looking for inner peace, mental, physical and spiritual health, and a purpose every morning, get out of the cities.
