CENTRAL PARK TOWER:
Welcome to The One Above All Else. The Most Expensive Home currently for sale in the United State. Listed for $250,000,000.
Soaring 1,416 feet above New York City in the tallest residential tower on the planet, the penthouse at Central Park Tower lays claim to the title of being the highest residence-and having the highest terrace-in the world. This once-in-a-lifetime residence occupies the top three floors of the most significant building on Billionaires’ Row, spanning 17,545 sq. ft. of interior space with a glorious 1,433 sq. ft. outdoor escape.
With four exposures and unobstructed New York City views, the eye skips over the verdant expanse of Central Park, the pulsating lights of the Midtown and Downtown skylines, and the serene waterways that girdle Manhattan and are strewn with passing ships and darting ferries. The vistas from all rooms are beyond breathtaking, so vast and far-reaching one can almost see the horizon bend.
Extell Development Company presents Central Park Tower, the definitive New York skyscraper. Located on Manhattan’s Billionaire’s Row and moments from Central Park, Central Park Tower rises 1,550 feet above New York City, establishing it as the tallest residential building in the world. Elegant in form and dazzling in stature, this new global icon, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, boasts 360-degree views spanning from Central Park, to the Hudson and East Rivers, and the entirety of the New York City skyline. The building was designed from the inside out to maximize these incomparable panoramas. Refined interiors by Rottet Studios enhance these gracious residences designed for modern living at the pinnacle of luxury.
Central Park Tower is home to Central Park Club, an exclusive offering of approximately 50,000 square feet of hotel-style services and amenities spanning three floors. NYC is rat-hole city, you think living there is cool until you actually do. The view is cool, but you know what would be even cooler? If the building was moved to a beautiful valley in Iceland or Alaska and you could wake up to scenic waterfalls and mountains every day. Now that would make this place worth the hundreds of million of dollars for a penthouse.

If I was in America and I wanted to get into Real estate brokerage I'd learn from the best. There is no point of wasting your money in college degree while you can learn on the ground practically from the master himself. I'd simply offer to work for Ryan for free. Yup 100% for free where I'd learn first hand how to film the videos and edit them, how to communicate with potential buyers and convert them, how to get these deals from owners, how to manage my workers at the backend and run profitable ads. I'd literally spend my college degree money surviving those learning days or months or years as I grow my small business on the side. 🙂

My apartment costs $300 per month and I can see the sun rise and set while sitting in one spot. You basically just need any southern facing room that is 3-4 stories tall, and 1-2 stories trailer than any of the other buildings around you. There are affordable apartments in nearly every city around the world where this is possible. But that shows that this guy is good at his job - he knows the kind of language he needs to use to make something sound special and unique.

Assuming a standard 30-year fixed-rate mortgage with a 20% down payment (i.e., $50 million), the remaining $200 million would be financed with the mortgage. The interest rate would depend on current market conditions, but as an estimate, a 4% interest rate would result in a monthly payment of approximately $955,000. Keep in mind that this is a simplified estimate and that the actual terms of a mortgage on a luxury property would likely be more complex.
@YouTube_4u
@YouTube_4u Жыл бұрын
For that monthly payment you can literally visit and stay on a new luxury hotel everyday in a different place of the earth + first/business class plane tickets included or rent any luxurious form of transportation you can think of + new clothes everyday if you want to + dine at the finest restaurants in every places + entertain yourself with whatever activity you feel like... we are talking about $955,000 a month after all, that means $31,833 per day... so why limit yourself to only an oversized New York apartment, when you can have the whole World my friend! And you can invest your down payment to generate interest, because why not? Or spend it for your extra needs you may have, I think with $50 million you can easily take care of that. Not financial advice of course, you do you 😂 But honestly speaking that would be a damn good life! I envy whoever have the means to do that.

I am not impressed that easy but this is something else. If money doesn't matter, this is what you want to have. The views, living on top of the others, high as a bird and watching it all happen in front of you. Closer to God you want get that easily. My deep compliments to Ryan who is such a joy to watch and hear talking. Very calm and knows how to visualise all the grandour from a jewel like that. I've been to many billionaire houses and most is uncomparable as the location and the goal of the house is mostly different. I will come back to watch it again, probably some times as it is to see what one can achieve.

Yes, this situation does seem paradoxical. On one hand, it's understandable that a luxury apartment in a prime location would command a high price. On the other hand, the fact that the cost of building the entire 15-story building was only around £100 million, but one apartment sold for the same amount seems disproportionate.
