Most likely a copyright issue, you have the option to remove the audio from the video in order to avoid a strike which is what might have happened here.

令人懷念啊！1970年代台灣初中一二年紀還有木工課，我一年級做了一套雕刻書架，二年級做了一件可摺式信箱。等我考上高中，聽說國中學生木工受傷頻繁就被教育部取消木工科課，只剩高職木工科可以學習木工手藝。
