+1 i've recently picked up a Elan 7 and ran a dozen or so rolls through it but these vids have got me looking at ebay for a nicer camera n a sharp lens

@@dlorp. The Elan 7 will do a fine job. Since it is Canon, you have so many great choices for lenses. Put your money there first.

What a trip - the hotel rooms, restaurants, and campfires really provided atmosphere. To say nothing of the sky and rain. Some really nice shots in there. That is a trip I would like to take some time.

Dude! Some of my favorite film photos I’ve ever taken were at Heceta Head Lighthouse. Love that comp where you framed it in the trees. I tried something similar but I think yours came out better. Cape Kiwanda is another of my favorite spots on the coast. From an Oregonian: Sorry for the rain 😅 As a Portlander, everything just outside downtown Portland is great.

Sitting your Hassy on that post gave me a panic attack. I lost a good polerizer filter while on a bridge taking a photo of a waterfall. Tried to screw it on my lens and it slipped out of my hand falling down to the stream below, hit a rock and sunk into the water. I still miss it today.
