Yes, you could say that: My mom will insist that I be on time for school tomorrow. This would mean that when I ask her later on if I have to go to school on time she will indeed insist upon it.

What i understand is that we always use the basic form of the verb in case of the subjunctive form. But is it the same when we talk about zero conditional sentence?. I mean do we also use the basic form of the verb with zero conditiobal sentence.?

In this structure, yes, it is generally optional. I'd say keep it in more formal correspondence. In casual speaking, you would probably naturally drop it.

No, you can't in that case. You could either say: 1. The coach insists on (my) practicing twice a day OR 2. The coach insists (that) I practice twice a day.

Helpful examples and good confidence. One suggestion is to take a listen to how many times the filler word ‘okay’ is used throughout the lesson; I did find it a bit distracting.

I need help please. Which of these sentences are correct? Is "I want him to be okay." the same that: 1. I want for him to be okay. 2. I want that he be okay. 3. I want that he is okay. 4. I want that he were okay. 5. I want that he was okay. 6. I want that he will be okay. 7. I want that he would be okay. And is "I wanted him to be okay." the same that: 8. Why is it called a mood? The subjunctive is a form of grammar as is the indicative, in English the subjunctive is often replace by the indicative in everyday speech.

@@mapleleafesl6162 dont worry about it... not the end of the world. When i did my teacher training millennia ago, my instructors sat in class and whenever I said "uhm" they said "uhm" back. It was annoying as hell but soon I stopped saying it . Its one of those things I didnt know that I didnt know... Anyways - thanks for your vids and keep up the good work!

No. It's not clear at all. 1. Can we say its impotant to know 2. Is there perfect subjunctive For example i reccomend that she have done her home work when I come back 3. What shall we say after it's funny intresting strange surprising etc Could you be so kind to explain it to the end if you took up the challenge to explain subjunctive Your explanation isnt full

When they teach subjunctive in italian they explain both the cases we should use it and those we shouldnt use it for example after to my mind subjuntive is not used in italian however there is a sort of doubt but after i think it is used they also explain the ways you can avoid subjuntive like in english you can easily say he asked me to come why to use subjuntive it's very confusing. I say i hadnt understand subjuntive before I saw your vidio and I dont understand it now. Your vidio didnt help.

Be aware of how often you say "right?" or "OK?". It's distracting and annoying.
