As a widow whose going thru treatment all alone, I'm so grateful she has her life partner to help her. I know how difficult this is, I'm alone and it's scary. Being in the treatment room and not having someone with me is sad..... My BFF who was there for me in the beginning, no longer can be with me. She's got her own medical issues now. My other BFF passed away away 2 years ago. At 78 I don't have many friends left. My son's can't be taking off that much time any more. 4 hours each session..... Plus driving and puck.up time. It's a whole day gone. Both sons work and have obligations too. They come during the week to help me clean my home, shop, keep my other Dr appts. Having a disease like MM is horrible....

I lost my mom to Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and this film is painfully beautiful and accurate. Our greatest struggle when we were going through the scariest moments was battling to overcome the doctors prognosis and fatalistic mantras. I wish doctors would understand how much power they hold-they can empower or disempower a patient. I love the idea of living each day “list it’s your first.” ❤ Thank you to this strong couple for showing the world what love and resiliency look like.

Beautiful documentary! So inspiring! I discovered Jon from the late night comedy show band and always thought he had so much more to offer the world. (I noticed how patient he was and supportive of others to shine ) It was so exciting to see and hear his new music and albums coming out. YES!. His band and piano playing was so outstanding and his dressing has always been so snappy and cutting edge! When I saw videos of him playing in the streets bringing healing, freedom and peace that was so fantastic. Seeing Jon and Sulika together, loving each other, creating together, and mutually supporting each other and stretching themselves to the world to shine their light is a true celebration of life. Shine on you two. You make thiis world a better place by your presence!

An incredible interview from a fine and deeply spirited musician. My Heart goes out to both Jon and Suleika 💝🙏 What a fierce and Brave Couple these two are! You can hear the great love he has for his wife in every sentence. She is very lucky to have him by her side. I agree with so much of what he says about Music and Creativity-thrir Healing power--both have sustained me throughout incredibly painful times with my own now Stage4 Colon and BC battle. I am glad Suleika is able to get the life saving Cancer Care she did. So many of us cannot. It hurts to know the Cancer Care Clinic is less than 2 miles from my home and yet no Oncologists where I live will try to Save my Life. Just Holding on for a Miracle....there are great disparities in Cancer Care. Musicians and their songs hold my hand when there is noone there for me. I owe a lot of Thanks to them for carrying me and lifting me up🎶💝. Thank you Jon and Suleika for sharing your battle and intimacies. I will see this! May you and Suleika brave onwards together in Light & Great Love 💝🙏💪 ~

I was looking for somthing to watch on Netflix and this doc popped up … I skipped and something whispered to me “ watch this it’s going to teach you something” I went back and watched it . And yes it taught me something in the nick of time . We must trust these voices when they speak . It’s your spirit your all knowing spirit guiding you . I got hit with some bad news whilst working on an artistic project . The bad news would have let me put my project on hold but because of this documentary I continued with the project against all odds .
