While I'n not a fan of the bump and grind technique I have to give you a lot of credit Stan. You know exactly what you and your machine are capable of. No hesitation, first attempt, total commitment. Decide, commit and execute.

Craig Spakowski Thanks for your kind words. With stock size tires, no lift and my gears that are lower than stock but not as low as some, the bump and grind is all I’ve got sometimes. Thanks for watching my video.

My 1997 Jeep Wrangler is rapidly on its way to becoming a vintage Jeep. I just can not bring myself to parting with the first new vehicle I ever bought. I know the story behind every scratch, ding, and faded spot. She has been customised, modified, upgraded, repaired, and loved, by only me. Nobody has ever touched her mechanically. We have grown old together but that is the way a friendship should be. I can not part with her and betray her. She has never been touched mechanically by anybody else. How can I betray that? She is my love, my life, my dream come true. There is a special mystical bond between a boy and his Jeep.

Glad I found these. I grew up on a ranch in S.E. Texas and learned to drive in an old flat fender Jeep. Pretty much been a Jeep person every since. Soon to turn 69 and like to see us older guys having fun in our jeeps. Living in N.W. Arkansas now.

I love watching you guys. I started wheeling in 1965 in a 2A. Went the whole progression both CJ’s, YJ and TJ. I skipped the JK, your vids actually make me yearn for the old 2A. Like grandpas, 6:00X16 military tires stock drivetrain. 👍.

That is the most hardcore wheeling I’ve ever seen! These guys are adrenaline JUNKIES. In Moab I made the kids get out and walk behind me several times. But i wouldn’t go anywhere near this trail. Pure INSANITY. WOW!

One of the few videos that really shows just how steep and high many of these obstacles actually are. Hard to capture on camera. Excellent work. Watching @ 17:00 is the blue 2Astill rockin' the T90 trans?

@Grampas-jeep4 жыл бұрын
The 1st time I drove off "The Drop " it was the scariest thing I had done to that date in Grampa's Jeep. None of these obstacles are standard stuff but the thrill is part of why we do it.

Great video! Do most of you run lockers? I ask because got a m38 and ox lockers and a overdrive are on my short list
@Grampas-jeep5 жыл бұрын
All the jeeps in this video have lockers of some sort or another. The type of axles you are running can be a big determining factor as to what type of lockers you can run.
