I like that it's not really 0.0% - it's actually 0.09% - 0.00% (probably more resolution going to 4 digits, at least in engineering we always said 4 decimals are precise 'enough'), so you never really know exactly how much left you have left of course.

@@THENAMEISQUICKMAN Yeah, you can see they are using, if I remember correctly, 1/100th of a % point in the gas efficiency missions. So the accuracy is there, it's just not displayed. Maybe they think we don't like that, I love that stuff.

Thats not crazy, at pit stop you see the exact amount of fuel you need for finishing.

Other than the pit stop and probably fuel consumption, this truly is a real racing simulator for most of us. Definitely the kind of race we signed up for. Your fuel usage was pixel perfect too. I counted the seconds each percentage takes, and you only had less than a second of full throttle remaining. I wish I could do that. ^^

There's regular fuel consumption and there are multipliers. Of course that multipliers aren't gonna be realistic. That's the whole point.

I was just in Daytona for the Daytona 200 sponsored by MotoAmerica. It's amazing how accurate they have this track, the Sunoco sign down to the retaining walls and even the crack sealing. Just awesome.

Awesome race! Just got the G29 wheel and have been having a blast playing. Soooo many spin outs at first but I'm getting better every race. Game is reigniting my love of racing games that I used to have with GT4.

Daytona Road Circuit is such a cool track. Love how tight and old school it is on the inside, then it’s just a flat out slipstream fest on the outer track.

Wow, man!!! that was highly enjoyable to watch. I remember playing GT4 and I had this battle on the oval where I kept on swapping places with the Evo and me being the Subaru and man that was some racing that I had. I love the fact that you had literally 0.0% worth of fuel by the end. And finally, your reaction was up there. Highly entertaining. Thanks for the great video and great gameplaying.

I've been playing GT online since Sport and was never really competitive but now I'm consistently coming in 2 or 3rd. It's not spectacular but I have noticed an improvement so thanks brotha. The game doesn't specifically recognise the Mclaren wheel, so you can't map the dials. You just get the std controler mappings for the MFD etc.

That's cool to see Basic Ollie in this race with you, along with the other top-level sim racers. I remember an intense battle Ollie had with Jimmer in their AMS touring car league. Awesome race - great to watch and super commentary too. I used to race MP in GT5 with friends but had my first ever comp race on GT7 Sport yesterday from 6th to 3rd. Yeah it's Race A at 78BHP but today I got the pole and won my first one ever, was so thrilled. Am hooked! :)
