This is truly some unreal stuff...I really need to go see the southern national parks of Utah for myself, especially after watching all of your videos. Great work on this..putting this on my "favorites" playlist.

Oh no, when you went to Panorama Point you didn't go to Sunset or Gooseneck. Those are awesome views. Thanks for doing this. Reminds me of my trip to the Grand Circle last month.
@AmericanRoads7 жыл бұрын
Yes, unfortunately. It was winter and the daylight was very short. Had I stayed here longer, I would not have caught the beautiful golden hour in the San Rafael Swell. You said you visited last month? Were there a lot of fruits then? I really need to see this park again in during a non-winter season.

Absolutely incredible! I see you've gotten hooked onto that trailer music as well :D
@AmericanRoads9 жыл бұрын
InterstateJD This is the type of footage where I can APPROPRIATELY indulge my love of epic music. Once my Grand Circle videos are finished and I am back to Southern California, it will be very unlikely to find a fitting video with this kind of music. So, I am going to enjoy it as much as I can while the opportunity lasts :) Have you ever been to Utah, JD?
@InterstateJD9 жыл бұрын
No I haven't, but after your videos the natural scenery gets more and more appealing!

Wonderful video! I find it very helpful in planning my next trip to Utah! May I ask you if you consider feasible to run the UT24 and UT12 in a single day from Moab to Bryce (including of course the stops to the scenic lookout point and maybe a drive through Capitol Reef)? Obviously, with an early wake up :-) thank you for your help :-)

Fantastic production on this video and thanks for all of the information too. Well done. What did you use to record this may I ask?

SilverBlaze189 And day 2 is still far from over (most probably 3 more videos from this day)! I like to summarize this one day as "scenic overdose".

What does the 60fps actually refer to? When I download the 1280x720 version MediaInfo says it's 29.97fps with an average bitrate of 2.536Mbps. The last 1280x720 video I uploaded was 3.8Mbps and after KZbin processed it it was reduced in quality down to 2.942Mbps. Are you actually uploading at 60fps file and KZbin is reducing it to 30 or are you just shooting the video at 60fps?
@AmericanRoads9 жыл бұрын
JDViddy That is just me telling the audience that they can watch this video in 60fps (only in 720p and 1080p resolutions though). And yes, I shot, processed, and uploaded this video at 60fps. Are you able to watch it in 60fps?
@JD_Viddy9 жыл бұрын
American Roads My internet connection is too slow to watch in real-time any 720p videos so I only download to watch later. Like I said, the 720p version from KZbin is 30fps. Have you actually downloaded your videos from youtube to verify whether they keep the 60fps?
@AmericanRoads9 жыл бұрын
JDViddy I just downloaded the 720p version of my video. And yes, it is indeed in 60fps.
@JD_Viddy9 жыл бұрын

@AmericanRoads7 жыл бұрын
Bud5150 - I found them almost by chance exploring KZbin. I am also subscribed to several "epic music" channels. I was really lucky to have found them.

Andre Lot It sure is. Where are you from, Andre?
@andrelot9 жыл бұрын
American Roads Netherlands. Funny thing is: I'm going to travel to Western US next month (road trip between Denver and Los Angeles). I already had Cannyonlands and Arches Natl. parks on my schedule, I"m now considering making some adjustments to include UT-24 and then backtrack from I-15 to Page instead (via Zyon park).
@AmericanRoads9 жыл бұрын
Andre Lot Wow, that is going to be an awesome trip for sure! When you are crossing Colorado-Utah state line, as you are heading to Moab (where Arches and Canyonlands are), consider taking a scenic detour. Instead taking I-70, take an exit toward Utah State Route 128. You will be driving along Colorado River for more than half of the 50-mile long highway. The route itself will bring you right toward your destination, which Moab.
