At least proclaim it by faith at this point, such disappointment not even joint partnership seh investment without development always been the quid pro quo in this country no strategic partnership in order for the money to stay in the country for investment, just commercial hub for corporations sure that's good but those in the community are nothing but consumers, not apart of the management in anyway
