I just picked up a Q1 from Global Ordnance. You are NOT kidding about the trigger 👍
@3wheelmannc8602 жыл бұрын
I would really like to see that flat trigger in the hammer version. That would be my preference to carry, but both look very nice.
@GBGuns2 жыл бұрын
The problem with flat triggers and DA/SA is they end up at wierd angles. Either too far forward for DA or to far back for SA
@newpeupyoass2 жыл бұрын
The Mauser M2 (made by Sig) is the one other striker fired pistol with a rotating barrel that I know of. It's a weird DAO compact pistol in .40.
@GBGuns2 жыл бұрын
Beretta has one too (PX4) and Stoeger had a clone of that. The Grabd Power system is a bit different than those.

We ask for the specs on KZbin bc we don't want to leave the video and sometimes it's not a quick search and you find everything your looking for sometimes it takes a few min of going through different for sale listings bc for some reason the weight is missing or handguard length or something important. It's nice to get all that info in 1 place. Watch a review and get action type, barrel length, OAL, width, weight, capacity, and see it shoot. Or at least those are the things I hope to see.

Graham : Have you seen the new line of Grand Power guns ? Awesome , beautiful, new serrations and looks. Even optics ready, so them in their web. What a dream…do you think will take years to get to USA?
@GBGuns Жыл бұрын
I've seen them and shot them when we visited Grand Power last May. We have brief videos on them, but are awaiting release in the US to publish those videos. From what I understand importation is in the works. I don't know when the ATF will get around to blessing off on them.

Looks like a very nice carry gun. Maybe right in between a Glock 26 and a Glock 19 in size?
@ggrandcz2 жыл бұрын
Height is exactly like Glock 19 but it holds only 12 rounds. It is closer to Glock 19 in size overall than to Glock 26.

They need to manufacture this pistol with a manual safety on the slide . I find striker fired pistols are less safe .
@whatsup24_7 Жыл бұрын
Then you need to train more and get your confidence up. I've been carrying striker fired firearms with no manual safety every day for over 20 years and never had any issues whatsoever. If you're carrying in a good holster that covers the trigger it cannot fire.

Hi! I own a brand new Grand Power K100 X-Trim. When you reassemble the pistol it seems that you do not push down the side locks, Glock style, that this pistol features...

@@GBGuns on January 13th I broke my right shoulder. Now after the surgery, it's even more difficult for me to put this gun back together. Beautiful pistol indeed, but a bit too difficult to reassemble,,,,, too difficult especially if you don't have three hands... ciao!

Is that the spring we hear that is squeaking? Does that go away?
@CaveWyatt2 жыл бұрын
Is there something about the rotating barrel that makes the overly thick slide necessary? It would be nice if these could be slimmed down a little. I see the slide comes in at about 1.42”, which seems similar to the used Beretta PX4 I bought last year out of curiosity. Also, love the idea of the DA/SA 9mm and .380 but the site does not tell us if they have a decocker, a necessity if I’m going to buy one. I’ve still never seen one in person.

@GBGuns2 жыл бұрын
Yes I've talked to them about that. We all live in our own realities, but I've had dozens of comments wanting a decocker model GP, I guess the problem is too many people saying they want it, not enough committing to buy.

I I’m sorry Graham but this will likely be my final post here. I was recently arrested and booked for a firearms violation which involved my pointing at someone whom I assumed was a threat ( she had followed me and kept on chasing me while I was attempting erratic moves to throw her off). Anyways I drew a gun and ended up arrested and nearly spent the night at the county jail. Thankfully a no priors in 40 years lead to a magistrate taking pity on me and releasing me on a 50k bond ( I only had to post 2500). Im likely to loose my permit and my right to carry a gun ( which if it keeps me out of prison is best for all). I enjoyed the videos and the opinions but no more. I see no point in torturing myself with things I will never own again. Farewell all

Shouldn't allow the slide to slam on a empty chamber you risk damaging the extractor.

Absolute nonsense. You cannot damage extractor this way. Not slamming on empty chamber is connected to delicant trigger mechanism of highly tuned/race guns.
