The Grand Seiko Heritage Spring Drive Automatic is encased in 40mm of stainless steel surrounding a silver dial on a stainless steel bracelet. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, date, and power reserve indicator. The watch also measures 12.9mm in thickness and 46.2mm from lug-to-lug.

Yesterday I got blown away at the seiko boutique by this exact watch, the dial reminds me of the 61GS VFA watches. The slight sunburs effect thats so late 60's seiko. One day ...

This is the ultimate Grand Seiko. Spring drive - check. 44GS case - check. Classic gold-silver dial with blue needle - check. The only thing missing is Seiko's proprietary titanium case. I wish this were available in titanium. I'll sell my Snowflake for this as I own several other Grand Seikos and the Snowflake gets the least wear.

@@GovbergJewelersArdmore thank you, only just see your remark from two years ago buy now. I still wear the G.S. SBGA373 (in good health) and its a remarkable watch. I do think hairline / scratch sensitive but a had it lightly polish here by Seiko in the Netherlands.
