Grand Theft Auto IV: LCPDFR: Long Pursuit in Manhattan + Ends in Physical Altercation (Lag Warning)

Yeah I didn't think a pursuit would last this long for me in terms of a KZbin video, nor did I think I would have to deal with a fight right after. This driver was recklessly driving and refused to pull over midtown. I ended up chasing him into the Upper East Side. He ran over multiple people, leading me to call for a Bell 412 Helicopter and an ESU Squad in a Tahoe. I stopped him by shooting his tires out.
