By the way aimin Hit's total strength level wouldn't even get up to ssg level. The only reason he hurts so much is because he knows exactly how and when to strike at their vitals(basically he knows how to hit their weak spots and combining that with timeskip which allows hit to land those hits he is able to take on opponents with a much higher power level than his own).

Simplest way to put it is using kaioken is like carrying weights multiple times what your body is capable of. Us humans can also do this. Grand Zeno is most likely the strongest being in Super. If he has to, he can erase an universe within a second. That is why the destroyers are scared. The angels will live on after an erase so they are not afraid. The Kaioken Blue is anime only because not in the manga. The manga has full power blue instead (keeping the ki inside without leaking out). Whatever the theories or possibilities with Kaioken are, we can leave them as such until it comes up in the manga. The next upgrade is Ultra Instinct. Your body moves on its own without thinking. You can train to self-activate Ultra Instinct. At least for Goku. If you want to know more about Vegeta, you have to wait "eternally" for the anime to adapt or you read the manga.

Day 8 of fun facts about dragon ball. Kaioken can stack as many times as goku wants with no limits except for his stamina level. Basically if he was in base with zero stamina drain at this point he could go well above 100x but with blue on top of it it's burning through much more stamina and thus he needs to get stronger to access the higher multipliers. Also as long as you have kaioken active strength doesn't decrease but as soon as you lose enough stamina that you can't keep it active then your strength goes down.
