By the way aimin Hit's total strength level wouldn't even get up to ssg level. The only reason he hurts so much is because he knows exactly how and when to strike at their vitals(basically he knows how to hit their weak spots and combining that with timeskip which allows hit to land those hits he is able to take on opponents with a much higher power level than his own).

Simplest way to put it is using kaioken is like carrying weights multiple times what your body is capable of. Us humans can also do this.
