Most people missed it but in chapter 846 when they are talking about Wano and the master black smiths, they mention about the weapons especially the ability to shape sea stone and the poneglyphs only seen in wano. In the panel where it shows people " working on them" you can see various other materials in particular there is a rigid (uncut diamond) shaped one with what looks like a leaf inside it. It is a massive hint that greenbull is going to Wano to get that stone so he can finally turn into Venusaur

Hey Liam I have an amazing theory here for you. When luffy Eventually fights Blackbeard the 3 devil fruits Blackbeard will hold will be: The gura gura no mi which Blackbeard considers the strongest Paramecia devil fruit. The yami yami no mi Which will turn out to be a Mythical Zoan devil fruit with a darkness god the opposite of Luffy with Sun God Nika's gomu gomu no ni. The logia devil fruit he will obtain will be the goro goro no mi from Enel. Enel will return from the moon to try and rule the world like he once tried only Blackbeard will kill him, steal his fruit and complete the trio with a logia devil fruit that Luffy never overcame. Luffy was naturally immune to lightening but the yami yami no mi will negate the gomu gomu no mi from Luffy and will make the one fight where Luffy never had to overcome a devil fruit problem the hardest fight in the series once again bringing everything back around to Skypiea. Hopfully you think this theory has some ground to stand on, keep up the great work.

I feel like Hawkins is the equivalent to what Bege was in whole cake island. A supernova who allied himself with an emperor due to circumstance, but while Bege had the will to rebel against the greater force that is the emperors and to prioritize his own dreams (and family), hawkins did not have the same fire of will and was resigned to the current status quo. Unable (or unwilling) to make his own mark, unlike the other supernovas who still live. Hawkins had high ambitions like the other supernovas, but he lacked the will to see them through, thus he lost.

The real question is what they're going to do with Jack, Queen, and King. When previous regimes were taken down, the Navy was always close by to take them into custody. Shit made Arlong terrified of Zoro. When akainu called greenbull, akainu did not sound scared no intimidated by the fact he was going to wano and greenbull did not sound bothered by akainu (the "yes yes my godness" or "yes yes geez" some translations put in greenbulls mouth is not in the raws.

I liked the Yamato scenes but I do need to see some resolution on the whole I am Oden thing. I feel like wanting to literally be another person just doesn't mesh with luffy's character. Either some clarification or an actual introspective that ultimately leads to him coming to terms with that they can never be Oden but they can aspire to have qualities of him or something along those lines. It would just be weird to let that go unexplored

I just watched the latest anime episode and, during the mid episode break scene, it hit me hard that the anime might have had info on the dying Scabbards A LONG time ago. Just look at the position of those characters in that scene. I feel mindblown. The chapter was just amazing. I didn't think a bomb less than the one from Pell would actually kill someone, especially someone who beat Jack. I do wonder how Ussop is reacting to the event, since he was in awe after Izo addressed him as "God Ussop". I'm still in doubt regarding Robin. She isn't present at all during this chapter... Perhaps she hijacked the CP0 transmission? Or she might just look for the red poneglyph. Great chapter overall.

I realized a terrible pun this chapter, and Oda’s been doing it since early on. Japanese for meat: Niku. Luffy’s Devil fruit, based on the Greek goddess of victory: Nika, from Nike. Oda’s punning between languages. That’s right. After every major battle, he wakes up and declares “VICTORY” and “FEED ME” at the same time.

It will be glorious to see the new Straw Hat bounties; possibly elevating Law and/or Kid to Emperor status now that Big Mom AND Kaido had their supersize butts kicked; and getting a Thriller Bark reminiscent scene of all the living FINALLY being able to cry and properly mourn those that were lost. I'm the least sure about the last one. I think it would be fitting to finally send off Oden, Toki, Izo, and the rest of the people whose names were forbidden to be spoken, never mind mourned, for 20 years in similar fashion to what Brook and Zoro did when Moria was defeated. Hooray for seeing Franky finally getting some time in the sun again, with Usopp helping with ship repairs. Even though he's not my favorite Straw Hat, and robots of any kind do not light my fangirl heart on fire, I can still appreciate his ingenuity and the coolness of his various vehicles and Franky Battle Bots.

Honestly I can't wait to see if Enel makes an appearance in the final saga. Also, you might be entirely wrong about capturing Robin, maybe in the process of capturing her, the navy might capture any other member of the straw hats, set up an execution like Ace and triggers a new paramount-like war. OR, this might not happen, and luffy gets to know about Sabo's capture and then another paramount-ish war except, this time the primary figures will be the straw hat pirates, the straw hat grand fleet, maybe Some guys from Wano, and most importantly, the REVOLUTIONARY ARMY. We might finally get to see some interaction between Dragon and Luffy. But in this war, Luffy might bring down Marineford, damage Mariejois, Destroy fishman island in the process, hence fulfilling the prophecy, or maybe this is just an idea in my head!😆😆😆

I'm guessing luffy's bounty is gonna be so extraordinarily high that the marines can't reward anyone for cashing in the bounty (Nika Nika fruit is kinda priceless after all). Either that or he won't have a bounty, which rides mostly on my theory that Ryokugyu is being sent to wano to negotiate with the straw hats somehow, though the theory kinda falls off since a certain Hana Hana no mi user is probably being held in their grasp. I also kinda think luffy's bounty will say "alive" instead of "dead or alive" because if he's killed, then the Nika Nika fruit will be out of their grasp again.

@@Robo-xk4jm that's only because that's how WE see bounties. Otherwise, why would the navy give bounties to yonko or even warlords? For us, we use it to quantify the influence characters have on the world. High influence means high bounty, and the navy doesn't really like dudes who have high influence (case in point: dragon). The reason the navy puts out bounties is to spread awareness of a "dangerous" individual, and hopefully incite people to fight them. Even if narritively, it's very likely a "cash in" wont happen, the entire purpose of the bounties in the world itself is to coerce people into trying to capture the individual.

I'm genuinely shocked that Hawkins (probably) died. I kind of excepted Law to find him and reattach his arm then save him from dying. The two of them had a bunch of weird interactions early on in the arc so I kind of felt that it was possible for them to interact again, with possibly Hawkins being integrated into Laws crew. It's crazy if he's actually dead.

I was honestly glad we got a group bath scene. Not just because fan service and not just because Yamato and Kiku were allowed into the bath of their choice without question or hesitation. But because it's been so long since the group has had a chance to come together and unwind after so many grueling battles. The last time the whole crew could unwind this much was Fishman Island, since in Dressrosa and WCI we had to get out immediately and Zou was a less demanding transitional arc. Let the gang take a nice hot bath! They've earned it.
