Grandma from Spain taught me how to cook pork knuckles like this! Without oven
Just cook the pork knuckles and cook them in a pot and you will love the result. Cooked pork knuckle is a traditional German dish. Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 pork knuckles (approx. 1200 g each).
After boiling, change the water.
Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 3.5 hours.
After 2.5 hours add 2 onions
1 carrot.
1-2 tablespoons of salt.
Cook for 1 more hour.
2 potatoes.
Pour in water and cook until done.
Cut 1 onion.
vegetable oil.
Fry until the onion softens.
100 grams of bacon.
250 grams of mushrooms.
Fry until tender.
Cut 1 clove of garlic.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
After 3 hours add black pepper and allspice.
Our potatoes are boiled.
Dice the potatoes.
1 fresh cucumber.
Add the bay leaf 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Chop some parsley.
1 teaspoon mustard. A pinch of salt.
Mix well.

Our delicious vegetable salad is ready.
Remove the bones from the cooled pork knuckle.
Separate the meat, remove excess fat and tendons.
Remove any excess fat.
3 cloves of garlic.
Chop some parsley.
100 g pitted olives.
Pour in 100 ml of broth (about 0.5 cups).
Pour 100ml broth into a silicone mold.
lay out meat.
Add another 100-150 ml broth.
The liquid should be clearly visible as in the video.
Leave to set in the fridge (overnight).
A wonderful inexpensive meat appetizer is ready.
