Simple and cheap recipe
Delicious pork knuckle recipe. Now I cook for my family. This is a great recipe for pork knuckles. Few people prepare pork knuckles like this. Delicious. Cook for the whole family. Cook with joy! Cook with love! Thank you for your time!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 pork knuckles 1.3-1.5 kg.
Pour in water and bring to the boil.
After boiling, remove the foam.
Cook over low heat for 3 hours.
After 2 hours add 1 onion.
1 carrot.
1.5 tablespoons salt.
Black peppercorns.
3 bay leaves.
Continue cooking over low heat for another 1 hour.
Remove the bones from the cooled pork knuckle.
Separate the meat, remove excess fat and tendons.
Shred the meat.
Repeat the process with the second pork knuckle.
Chop a bunch of parsley.
Chop the cooked carrots.
100g pitted olives.
5 cloves of garlic.
Mix all ingredients well.
Place the pork skin in baking pans lined with cling film.
Place meat filling.
We prepare the second form without skin.
Wrap in cling film.
Let it solidify in the fridge (overnight).
Our wonderful inexpensive meat snack is ready.
It turned out very beautiful and tasty. I definitely recommend giving it a try.
