Those are the true gems they have been using before we came into existence. I learned to bake and so many ppl do not thicken the liquid when preparing or know to. I learned that too about the flour and sugar mix.

Grandma Gloria oh my that reminds me of my Mother-in-Law peach cobbler in Texas, that was the best and she used the same ingredients as you. She would also make cold bread pudding that was out of this world. I am Irish & Italian and live in Calif. and married a Texan 51 years ago I had never had these desserts, I was hooked every time I visit I must have them now. Peach cobbler and sweet potato pie are my 2 favorites! I actually like the cobbler with the flour mix bc I love a lot of dough BUT THIS LOOKS REALLY GOOD AS WELL! This woman makes me hungry every time 😂
