Great to see that you prepared the bottom crust. That's the way I do it otherwise it's soft and gummy. I also use weights to keep my crystal from bubbling and shrinking. I've from the South and have been cooking a long time and learning new techniques along the way.

We use the same ingredients I don’t use rum but I put dumplings all over I do the top and bottom crust sprinkle sugar with cinnamon a nutmeg all over the top dot with butter and bake I know yours is good 🙏🏼😇👍👌💯🌹

Hi. First time watching your video. I don't cook my peaches also before baking. And next time instead of making a lattice, do a window pane top crust. It's much easier. Go the long length of the pan with the pie crust strips, then go the opposite direction across the pan with the pie crust strips. So pretty and much easier.

I love dewberry pie but we can no longer find them so we use blackberries. The cobbler that I eat the most is Peach cobbler. My grandmother always makes extra crust on the side and so I also make extra crust on the side because just like my grandma I love the extra crispy crust.

Hi 👋🏾 Bake it for 50 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes depends on your oven. When it pulls away from sides is a good indicator when the crust is done.

I'm like you. I like to watch cooking shows too. I like your cleanliness and cleaning your food and being careful of transferring germs with your gloves. I use my hands for preparing my food but I wash my hands like you after handling the meat and the different seasonings

You can bake it for 45 /50 minutes.

Hi 👋🏾 Yes depending on your oven temperature it can take anywhere from 50 minutes to about an hour.

Thats not a cobbler, it's a peach pie. A cobbler only has crust on the top.
