Aww thank you so much! I need to make a hand side by side photo to really see it. I can fit in my ring better and my grandmothers ring. I wasn’t able to wear it before! Mine is now really too loose. Hi Kristen! This is lovely! You have the nicest shawl patterns! I made a bunch of your Boomerang Crescent Shawls! I just happen to have this same exact yarn! Same color too! I also have a few other colors as well. I wasn’t sure what size I would make until I saw you modeling yours at the end. The shawlette size is perfect and looks beautiful on you!! Thanks for modeling it! I must say, I have never seen a KFB done by just slipping it onto the other needle without knitting it. Interesting! A new technique! Thanks for another great tutorial!! I think you will! I started the shawlette today. Since I’m only using 1 ball I am using a 30 inch cord. The 40 inch was a bit unwieldy, lol. I thought my yarn was the same colorway but it’s actually a little different. It’s Chloe yarn and called Blue Hues. Very similar. Nice relaxing pattern. Thanks again Kristen!💞

Hi Kristen, as a newbie shawl knitter if I wanted to make this wider but not as deep, could I add a couple of KFB at either end of the stockinette section. Maybe every other RS? Or would that totally mess up the shape? Many thanks. I love your teaching, very clear.

This is a lovely pattern. What I would do, with the first and last 6 stitches is put a stitch marker there so that I knew where to start and stop 😁💕

@@sarahkay7689 that’s why I didn’t do it myself. But it’s hard to explain that sometimes till someone tries. It’s not on all patterns of course but ones like this it just requires too much adjusting to me.
