Grandstream Device Management System

It would really be nice if Grandstream had classes in person or if not possible, via web for people in the USA. We hire techs and would pay good money from them to be 'factory trained' like the old days. We have A LOT of Grandstream routers, switches and phones in the field and getting them all re-provisioned to GDMS would be a challenge, but probably worth it. We use GWNcloud/GDMS for the data hardware already. In order to even start, Grandstream requires the SERIAL NUMBER of every device. For us, that means taking a barcode scanner out to every account already installed over the years. Using an app like Glance's note capability to log SNs and MACs in their note field most likely.
