Hey there curly top. It's cute! Mine is more wavy than curly. I just scrunch in a few drops of argon oil and let it go - especially in warm weather. Here it's often too humid to bother with anything else. The flowers were beautiful. Prayers for your hubby. 🙋

Thank you, he is adjusting to his new normal. The thing about heart disease for him is that it is progressive. We are getting a lot of support here and that helps. Our rhododendrons and azaleas are blooming this month and that is always a beautiful time of year here.

Good to hear that you are on the mend! Love the curls! I have curls too...they are so fun! Enjoy your summer!

Really different from my "old" hair, but I'm getting used to it, lol. We are having a lot of cloudy, rainy weather this year. It happens in the PNW every so often. We enjoy sunny days, even more, when they happen along.

Glad to see you. 😊 I wish your husband the best. One day at a time. You look beautiful. One good thing about those curls is they dont require a lot of maintenance. I use to use a little ball of mousse, rubbed mostly on the tips, and pick it out. The foliage is lush and green now, beautiful flowers. I hope you both get to get out soon. Take care. 😊👍

It's interesting to getting used to this new hair after a lifetime of something else. I need to take a little hint from the cow and have a goood mood, lol. Yes, the flowers are beautiful this time of year especially since we had a cold and gloomy winter. Wonderful to see the colors and beauty.

Beautiful pictures of steilacoom I have been out on the ferry around the weekend after mayday and seen some of the harbor porpises going around chambers bay, also many best wishes to both you and your husband.

How cool for you. I've seen killer whales, but never porpoises. It was very nice there that day and although I didn't get many shots I got a couple of nice ones. Steilacoom is a fun town to explore. We were checking out The Topside since the wedding reception was going to be there and we wanted to be sure of its location. Thanks for the comment.

Hi Granny! My dad's grew back in curly too, but it's starting to look like its old self. His latest bone marrow biopsy showed no detectable cancer, but he's still dealing with the awful side effects and unfortunately his cancer will come back and he'll be on maintenance chemo monthly. It's so hard because he can't drive. I'm so sorry to hear your husband is having health struggles! :( Praying for both of you. Wishing you a beautiful summer.

Thank you so much and so sorry to hear about your dad. I feel very fortunate to have come through my experience as unscathed as I have. My side effects have been minimal and have not affected me very much. We are both dealing with our new challenges and feel lucky to have one another. I'm sure your dad appreciates your love and attention and it means a lot to him.

Your hair looks gorgeous!!! Suits your face too. You're lucky. My sister went through chemo about 8 years ago. Her hair grew back straight and thinner than it was. Glad hubby is re-hydrated... John has finally learned that having a glass of water sitting next to him all day doesn't do half as much good as drinking it!!!

Yep, the water being on the inside is a much better option. It's tricky because he is also on fluid restrictions. Counting how many ounces of water and fluid you have all day get tiresome, but this time it had more to do with needing an adjustment to his medications. I've got to say that I do feel lucky to have my hair back at all since for some it doesn't come back. Thanks.

It looks absolutely fine. So pleased to hear your GREAT news. But saddened to hear about your husband. I wish you both well.

Thank you, Bry. My husband has had CHF for several years and this is the next progression of his disease I guess. We will adjust and learn to deal with it. My doctor has said my health is improving so I will be taking up his slack. Life happens.

The curls have finally gone away. Now I'm having to get used to my straight hair all over again. The color has changed a little too. My hair challenged husband can sympathize with you, lol. Thanks.
