Bookie Shird I donot follow a srecipe I cook MY chicken In 15 Minutes intervals I PLACE MY chicken skin down first 15 MInutes Then I turn it over a cook another 15 MInutes Usually that all I need but if I need moe I will set for additional 5 minutes I will do that until I am satisfied it is done, If You need Buy a meat thermonher to make sure , it should read 165% Fareheit , place in thickest part of the chicken It all depends on the size of the Pieces YOu use... I hope this helped you !
