I actually bought the place where I live on the strength of its location . Great view centrally placed in the middle of nowhere, only a bikingtrip away from the workplace I started up so I could keep the thing. Now I have found a couple who ants to hire place in my house and I will get a little money from that. Small start leading to great things hopefuly
