I remember watching Agents of Shield loving him, admiring him thinking he was one of my favorite characters. I felt like I was there with them every single step of the way. I felt apart of the team so when I figured he was Hydra I was FUCKING devastating. That when AOS effected me that much it was a amazing show and I loved it.

This was FUCKIN AWESOME, Ward is hand down the best character of this show, I cant believe how the writers didnt explore his character more, and how the writers made shield like the total good guys that can do no wrong and how Coulson, Jemma, and Sky made such hypocritical decisions

@@dabagel580 i think the writers didn't have any idea for a villain in season 3 n they were just lazy and say lets use ward. They really made the team look stupid as a whole as well with them calling him a Nazi and in later seasons fitz and sky all compare themselves to Ward. I stopped watching cause its hard to root for a team that is so hypocritical and how the writing staff just where changing the teams personality especially with Coulson.

@@jjosifovic daisy is the most annoying character on the show idc. she's so fucking hypocritical and acts on pure fuckig emotion every single fucking time. I liked the fact that they made ward a villian cause it made his story arc way better considering he was a pretty boring character in s1 and 2. I hated the fact that the whole team constantly did the exact same thing he wouldve done but only criticised him for it. They were all like you kill ppl and coulson said "how many ppl have u killed!" even tho coulsson and may BOTH probably have killed just as much or way more ppl than he has. Somethign else i hated is that they explained why ward was the way he was. If you want ppl to hate a villian then dont explain why they are a villian. (ie. Joker) They made us feel bad for ward and made it seem like he wante dto do somthing good for once but then instead of giving him the obvious hero's end cliche death like he fucking deserved!!! they instead give him the die villian die cliche death which i feel did not do his character justice and did not properly reach the audience emotionally. Plus it would have been a way better plot point for them to have to figure out that although they hate him, he wasn't as bad as they thought he was. (they already kinda do this in the FW season but not nearly to the same extent) I just feel that his story arc was never properly completed since they gave him a tragic death instead of a good one. The shpw has its flaws but overall its a great show if you can look past said flaws (also hated the fact that daisy and sousa got together instead of deke and daisy like they HAD ALREADY STARTED TO GET READY TO DO IN THE LAST SEASON)

I love this video so much, I almost missed it. I love how you managed to show everyone the Real Ward in such wonderful way. This character was so well written that every second he was on screen, everything he did always got my full attention. This is such a detailed character that had so many levels and finding every one of them was a sad but amazing ride, and when I knew he was coming back, even in a Framework/Dream, I smiled and already wanted that episode. This video is beautiful and touching, thank you for making me smile :)

This is brilliant, and it's going straight to my playlist of favorite AoS videos. Olafur Arnald's Broadchurch theme songs make a great fit for AoS fanvideos. There's a great old (2014) SkyeWard video set to "So Close", the theme song for Broadchurch season 1 (it's called Skyeward - Shadows and Lies, by SummerDay), from Skye/Daisy's POV, so that one and your video would fit really well together. There's also a great FitzSimmons season 4 video (up to the latest episode) set to "So Far" (Fitzsimmons- Everything what existed between us is gone (4x15) by It's the Things we love the most that destroy us).

Ward wasn't loyal to hydra he was loyal to Garrett and he said that many times. I dont see him as being an evil person but with his life before S.H.I.E.L.D and having a man who was truly evil mentoring him it sheds light on why he did the things he did. He had problems and had he had a better so maybe he would have been the hero we thought he was most of season 1
