I made grape salad for Easter. I only added about 1/8 cup of sugar. In my opinion, that was still plenty of sweetness. I still sprinkled a little brown sugar and toasted pecans on top. One of the great things about this salad is that you can adjust and make your own according to your familiy's needs. I also cut all the grapes in half. I've made itvboth ways, but just wanted the grapes to go a littlle further. It's a very petty and refreshing spring salad. Thanks for sharing. Liked and subscribed.

Sue I tried your grape salad and I love it. I sliced me a piece of sour cream pound cake and put some of this grape salad on top and let me tell you it was delicious. Do you know an old recipe called Candle Sttick, or Flagpole Salad. ? It was individual, a lettuce leaf, a pineapple ring on top,& an upright banana. On the top of banana was a dab of mayo,& topped with a m. Cherry. Maybe cheese was on the base. I'd love to see your version. Thank you.

Im surprised this recipe didn't call for any vanilla extract
