How to Make the Perfect Grape Salad Recipe... Simple & Tasty

Welcome to ‪@CookitSimplewithEric‬ . Today, we are making a delicious and refreshing grape salad that’s perfect for any occasion, especially BBQ's. Whether you're hosting a party, looking for a quick snack, or need a healthy side dish, this grape salad is sure to be a hit.
Ingredients:
4 lbs. of grapes (red or green, or a mix)
8 oz of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
1 Cup of brown sugar (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in the grapes until they are evenly coated with the cream mixture.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts and brown sugar on top for added crunch and sweetness.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
