Grape Salad
2 pounds green seedless grapes
2 pounds black seedless grapes
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Wash and stem the grapes. Make sure they are dried well after you wash them. You can use any color grapes you choose, just be sure they are seedless. Set these aside.
Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, white granulated sugar, and vanilla until blended. Stir the grapes into this mixture in your serving bowl.
Combine the brown sugar and the chopped pecans and sprinkle on top of the grapes and cover completely. Do not stir the topping into the mixture.
Chill this overnight.
