Great interview! Regarding aging, I just finished reading an amazing book called "Breaking The Age Code: How Your Beliefs about Aging Determine How Long & Well You Live" by Becca Levy. It's super interesting and informative and gives examples of ways to actively change how you think about aging to live a healthier, longer life. Highly recommend!
