I followed the tutorial up to 8:20 and the effects aren't showing up. Why is this? EDIT: They don't show up in real time; I found that disabling and then enabling post processing in the scene makes it work. Not very convenient I must say.

Note to Sykoo: a beginners guide should start from the basics. In this case - what is post processing and how can it effect your game. You should have started with showing the effects and only then go into details on how to set them up.

Motion Blur = if u move ur image is going to unsharpen and then sharpen agin, looks quite cool Bloom = makes your Emission Objects Light with a little fog around it Lens Distortion = creates a transparent image of a camera lens in your view if u look into a light source Vignette = darkens the edges of ur screen so it looks a bit cooler Depth of Field = only the objects in the distance u are looking at are going to be sharp the rest is unsharp i dont know the other ones

Ok lens distortion just makes a fish eye effect i thought it would be the same as lens flare

Sykoo, you should make some changes to your intro. Notably the shots of the Unity Engine, which you've used for awhile now. I think new shots of the engine that reflects the significant changes to it in 2018 will give potential users a proper impression of what it can do and what is to come.

IF U DO THIS IN 2019: the 2.0.7 file is not avaliable, BUT u can just donload 2.1.0 and then go to the button near update to choose all versions and there u can choose 2.0.7...the problem is that some of the later versions dont work.

hmm, still not clear about SSR in 2018.1. It still says that 'that effect does not work with scriptable render pipeline yet'.. That's a bummer. Does that mean #1 = we have to use 2017.4 for now (no way I can live without SSR)? or #2 = wait till 2018.2 full release? also the new UI of PPS2 seems like a downgrade from a prev. version. too many clicks before you get the effect. Was much easier to just check ones you wanted and get it.

You can use SSR in Unity 2018, but just not with the scriptable render pipeline as yet, unfortunately. :-( It'd have to be with the regular built-in render pipeline. So yeah. You can use 2017.4 or 2018, but with the default render pipeline, for now.

Thanks for the tutorial! Those boxes do indeed look grayed out, and because of that I wouldn't expect to be able to click them. GUI fail. A simple fix would be to make just the boxes black, indicating they can be clicked, while keeping the text to their right gray until the boxes are clicked.

Please don't blow my ears out with music. You are very quiet so I have to turn the volume up, then you play really loud music at the end that. Keep the volumes more similar. Preferably keep the music quieter than your voice I'm here for the tutorial, not the music.
