Sir mai third-party employee tha mujhe meri company ne 2 months ka mail per notice diya tha aur nikal diya. Mere 2 question hai. 1.Mujhe notice de kar nikala per reliving letter me likha hai maine resign kiya hai. Toh point 6 me cause of termination me kya likhna hai aur kaun sa document attach karna hai kunki maine toh resign kiya hi nahi toh mai resignation letter attach nahi kar paunga. 2.Mai as a third-party employee last 10 years se client site per kaam kar rha tha per kisi bhi document me client ka naam address nahi diya hai .Toh mai point 3 me kahan address fill karon company ka address ya client site ka. Please guide me mai abhi form I bhar raha hoon

Sir agar maine month ke middle me 15 tarik ko resignation deta hoon to mujhe salary bhi half milega, agar last salary yahi hoga to kiya gratuity bhi iske hisab se milega ya full month salary ke hisab se milega. Please mujhe inform kijiye

As per PGA, the approximate amount would be INR 18,22,500. However, Pls check with your department first, whether they follow Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 or some other state government retirement rules. The amount of gratuity as calculated above would not be considered and it may vary, accordingly.
