Shady retailers are usually just banking on the fact that most people feel safe ordering something if they say your satisfaction is guaranteed, but ultimately won't bother pursuing a refund if they ignore our first couple requests or give us the runaround. We may not be able to make scammers keep their word, but Visa and Mastercard can.

The no no is not a laser. You are not allowed to use real lasers at home. True story. When you actually do laser hair removal the procedure is done by trained professional. About 5 years ago was the last time I followed any of that, it had to be done in the presence of a doctor, not just an aesthetician. A laser reaches below the skins surface and heats the bulb of the hair follicle, similarly electrolysis inserts a thin filament into the hair follicle to reach the hair bulb. You can literally just wipe most of the hairs away. The no no kinda works like a bug zapper with the wire just off your skin. the smell of burning is just that. It is burning the hair off at skin level. Then you take sandpaper to rub off all the toasted ends of hair. Gimmick doesn't even cover it. I hate shaving as much as the next girl, but if your looking for hair that stays away, you have to spend the big bucks and actually have a procedure done by a professional. Otherwise your best bet is the razor or spend a few hours with yer tweezers. No no the no no

Sorry but I have to disagree with most of your comments regarding this device. I have been using my No!No! for a few days now and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort or redness in the skin. There is a slight warmth but it is similar to the heat you'd feel if you were out in the sun. There is no hair pulling whatsoever (the device is not intended to pull hairs but to singe the top hairs and destroy the hair at the root so that with continued use there will be no future growth. In addition, you do not have to buy a whole new device if the heads are worn out. You can buy new heads online (I've seen them at home shopping channel for example). You also mentioned that the success of the device would depend on your hair and skin colour but that is simply false; in fact No!No! works on all hair and skin colours unlike other devices on the market. In conclusion, I wish you would have been more impartial in your review and perhaps spent more time learning the correct use procedure and features of the device.

My Mum bought one (after me spending literally weeks trying to talk her out of it) as she has a little bit of a moustache that is barely noticeable. Well - that was a disaster. I got a call at 9pm when she had used it (straight on her face.....) and her top lip was a mess. So, the price of a No!No! and treble that for the dermatologist she is just about back to normal after 3 months. I bought her a German BB cream to use whilst the healing was going on. She is £1000 worse off and still has a little moustache. I am going to treat her to laser surgery for her birthday this year. I know you had a bit of a laugh making this Bunny but you have made a very good point by showing it. It is a piece of rubbish, pure and simple. If it was that great KZbin and the blogging world would be alive with the fact. You are a braver person than me for using it!

I have had my Nono for 3 years I purchased it for my ever growing chin hairs. I have been very happy with the Nono's performance. The chin Hair tweeze is finally over. The Nono has basically slowed the hair growth to none. And I no longer have the black spots from tweezing. Yes the Nono did burn my skin in the beginning I had to learn how to use it properly and after I learned how to I used it 3x a week and your only supposed to go over a spot 5-6 x and when you buff if you miss a spot the crystallized hair just comes out on its own. With proper use the Nono does work. I had laser in a dermatologist office and it feels just about the same and each treatment is 75 bucks. I like my Nono

There is a product called Hair Off that is basically a mitt with sandpaper that you rub the hair and it removes it by sanding your skin. That is what is doing it here for this No No product.

The buffer pad you used is sold in beauty shops in the uk, that product alone is used to remove hairs instead of shaving if you google it im not sure what there called but you buffer your legs in a circular motion to remove hair, so it makes me think what is the no no actually doing ✌
