Thank you so much for raising the awareness of Testicular Cancer, Daniel. I had Testicular Cancer 5 year's ago this April. Best of luck and hope that the scan comes back cancer free. One thing from past experience is not to put it off, for multiple reasons. The sooner it can be detected, the better. And in my case it turned out to be something else, (thankfully not cancerous) but I ended up spending over a year and a half worrying about it but not wanting to see a GP about it.

Daniel, I manage a bus depot here in Australia, we have a system in place where the best of our best drivers spend a week on the road with any new drivers, the focus on forward planning, mirror use, reversing protocol, lane keeping and special awareness. Each bus has a check book inside, each morning before the driver leaves the yard he/she fills in and signs the book, visual checks for body damage, tyres etc, and full light check and safety systems. This way we can track down what date damage was reported and investigate. We have 350 drivers and since implementing this in 2018 we have reduced our overall M.V.A (Motor Vehicle Accident) rate by 10% per year, year on year If a driver has their first accident and follows reporting process, we praise them for following policy, but report the accident on their file. If they have more, the discipline follows also. Give the drivers ownership by managing and signing off that their vehicle is fit for use and you will see your accidents reduce, and also the un reported damage. Reach out if you would like to discuss. Good Luck sir! Adam

Back in the 1960s I drove a Matbro front end shovel loading London Blue clay from the Victoria Line tube line construction. Muck away was only done on day shift so the area had to have space for the nights shifts muck. Hall & Co ran a fleet of 11cyd Guy Warriors trucks, loading took 3 mins per truck but to maintain that rate the trucks were at an angle and moved around the pile as I progressed. That reduced my run and turning time to a minimum, plus saved wear tare and fuel. Your car was lucky a mate of mine ran a haulage and earth moving company in S. Wales, on contract to National Coal removing the pit slag heaps after the slippage at Aberfan and the deaths of many school children. He was also an Audi dealer and so had a onw week old car, parked it in the wrong place and a CAT motor scraper drove over the top of it.
