In this report it's the complete opposite, the US didn't see an attack coming from a car mounted with rockets...obviously the car they hit was also one mounted with rockets by the engineer. I don't mind reporting both stories, but there's no standard of opinion. Either just give the facts and keep opinion out of it, or at least pick a side and stick with it.
