Thank you for bringing attention to this issue. Thank you for all your investigation work and research, and for mentioning Parkersburg. DuPont had a chemical plant there. I used to live there & drank the water, drinking the chemicals constantly. I'm surely going to die of cancer from drinking all the chemicals. The forever chemicals are one of the terrible examples of many ways we human beings have been causing a massive amount of damage to the global environment. But there is no other planet we can "escape" to. Truly, how are kids going to live in the future? Styrofoam coffee cups, plastic bottles of water left in direct sunlight or exposed to heat for extended periods of time. I only cook with cast iron, glass, porcelain. Plastic only used for room temperature or cold storage. Oh, and ALWAYS filter water. It's boyh safer and cheaper in the long run, and safer for the environment. Jay have overlooked some things, and other things in today's world may be unavoidable. Just a thought.

But for plastic, there are numerous places where you can live in India close to nature and use amazing detoxifying techniques explained in Ayurveda to throw such chemicals out of the body. Do not loose hope. I stay in middle of the Metro but have never adapted any of the capitalist shit. Quite possible. Some times costly but still quite possible in India. May be impossible in developed countries.
