What was your start weight and end weight?
@DjLuCKyCHaRM6 ай бұрын
Doing the same. I went from 23% fat to 10,3% fat. Starting body weight was 83,5 kg and now it is 80kg that is a wonder by itself. I do workout daily and changed my life completely. I now walk and move more than I sit! Eventhough I do IT work and consultancy and trust me it is hard. I walk and do streches before work. I sit on a ball at work, or walk around every phone call, I stand while I work and take multiple small breaks. I go to the toilet on the first floor, just to move. At work I crack issues after issue, my brainfog is gone and I became more social, because their is no stress. People even try to follow my example adn that on their own way which is gold. I eat 20/30 carbs 160/200 protein and 140+ fat. When I drink water I always drink 2 glasses in a row, no sips, let your body decide what to do with it. I don't do cardio besides walking, 15k steps on average.

I've been on IF for 17 years, and all I can say that's is only benefits, no more hunger, full energy during all the day, mental clarity, my blood markers are phenomenal, etc... however, IF is no a magic pill for losing weight, it makes easier since the eating windows is smaller, but at the end of the day, all that matter is calories in vs calories out, the same for muscle, If you eat enough protein a calories, you will gain the same muscle as eating 6 meals, I have been doing it without problem. Never seen this idea presented yet: What if on the day of the training you eat at slight caloric surplus 200-ish (sufficient protein intake), next day at maintenance but on other no-training days eat at a slight caloric deficit -200-ish? Wouldn't this build muscle and burn fat (without losing muscle) at the same time more optimally that just being in a cutting or bulking phase? Thx

Hey bro, thanks for sharing. Did you know they made a study on a powerlifter training 3 Times /week with intensive trainings during a 7 days fast which showed no muscle loss even after fasting 7 days in a row : with no food during this long 7 days fast. I’ve been looking on my side for some studies showing a risk of loosing muscle mass over 3 days fasting (it concerns long fasting times) but it sounds not 100% sure because of this study done on a powerlifter practicing this fast of 7 days with even 3 trainings and hard training so guessed if you heard about it and would have more infos. Im not either 100% sure of the right answer. Only thing I know is I practice OMAD for months now and keeps increasing my muscle mass faster because I succeed to train harder now during my sessions so it helps and only do 48h fasting, never tried more yet. Thanks bro.

Last week, I was full the whole week and only spent like 80 bucks. I didn’t realize how full you stay eating clean. I do plan going back to a more normal eating schedule once I hit my target weight, but to be honest till prices go back to normal, I think I’m going to limit my intake. Also, stopped going out to eat all together. That was another 100 a week at least

This guy is lying. I don't think he ever fasted in his life. I'd done 7 day dry fast and l use to fast every weekend. I use to be poor and we didn't had food for weeks. One thing we learned was that at the end of a fast you can't eat anything with substance. You must break your fast with liquid like grape juice, orange juice or fruits high in water consitrated like grape or watermelon. Any food with too much fiber like meat or vegetables will end up upsetting the stomach. You will puke as a result of it. Liquid substance helps the body get use to digestion then you move on to heavy fiber and meat. So l don't know what this guy's talking about
