You can in fact walk cats on leashes! Don’t force them though! Only do it if they like exercise and seem interested in going outdoors. Also, I’ve never seen a cat being walked on a collar, and not on a harness. (Probably for good reason. Most cat collars are made to break away so if they jump and it gets caught on something they don’t strangle themselves.) Anyways- like I said, walking your cat on a harness and leash is pretty normal, and if trained properly, can be a rather fun activity for them! :D
