Todderbert, yes indeed the Greadio MD-T16 AM/FM Portable Radio appears to be a well constructed radio with overall good sound quality and sensitivity! Like the built in handle and the well designed power cord! Not bad for a $30 radio! Thanks for your tutorial video in reference to the Greadio Md-T16 AM/FM Portable Radio! Strong lows & strong highs sets this radio above perhaps to a lesser quality radio indeed!

Hej Todderbert Thanks for the review interesting radio and I have watched and considered buying both this and the one with digital screen before. Right now I watch a lot of small micro radio devices and have a new one on the way take care and have nice saturday.

The valume knob shorted out .Now I can’t get sound any suggestions. I bought the radio in June 2022 now I really can’t return it . 😢 I really liked the radio too ! ❤

I got the MD-T26 and used it for 2 days now it turns on but no sound, dial, am. fr, sw, nothing . is there a way to reset. or do I need a new one.

It seems to be in the same niche as the Retekess TR-604? Any thoughts on how they compare? The Greadio at least finishes both sides of the handle which is auspicious. Thanks.

I have the TR-604 and think the ergonomics are the best part of this radio. By far one of the easiest radios to operate in the dark (good nightstand radio). The worst part of the TR-604 is the popping and crackling on strong stations on the AM band. The 604 is great for the FM listener though.

How is the sound and reception compared to the Panasonic RF-2400D?

I enjoy this one better, I can't listen to the 2400D's speaker for long periods. That is just me though.

I have the digital model. It is sensitive but has poor selectivity. Yours seems much better. I wonder if I should return. With my model 770 is local and I here it till 740 where Zoomer, is. My radio is in now way in the Sony league. Sony no baloney!

This radio is essentially Panda T-16 which is China domestic only, with the shortwave band removed! No idea how Greadio decided to remove it.

Hey todderbert? I have a great idea for a multi band portable radio. What if there's a AM FM AIR Weather SW SSB Railroad and DTV (audio) band????? You think that would be a cool radio to have with all the band's? I beat C. Crane's idea. That radio would be a "Wideman World Band Radio" using my last name since its my radio idea. Lol
