Thanks for being a fan of the absolute best group to ever exist in kpop. Just my opinion, i know, but I'm being objective. They're not even my favorite group. But they are just a fly's eyelash behind my favorite group. I can be realistic enough to say that Red Velvet is best. Yes, also in my opinion, Wendy is the best singer in KPop. I know Seulgi might not technically be the best singer on paper, but her voice just feels like a warm blanket when she goes deep and when she goes high it feels like being kissed by a South Korean breeze. She is also the ultimate duality (or triality?? 🤔): she can be peak cuteness, she can be so hot, I fear her fellow members might spontaneously combust by her presence, and she can be so bad ass that she'll make a 42 year old Danish man (no relation 😂) give her his lunch money and lie to his parents about being horribly bullied by a petite South Korean girl. 😂 But all in all RV is my favourite group because of everything combined; the songwriting, the production, the visuals, the quirky concepts, the originality, the vocals and harmonies... I could go on. 🤌🏻 they're just a chefs kiss in idol form. Mamamoo comes second for Me. They can basically match the vocals, but they just don't have quite as many bangers to my taste. That being said, I would recommend Mamamoo any day to anyone. Recommendations: "Piano Man", "Hip", "Decalcomanie" or simply their amazing Killing Voice

They don't have a genre. They tackle all genres from Jazz Pop, to classic kpop, Soultronica, to EDM, to bubblegum pop, to 80's synth to 90's R&B. Lots of Fender Rhodes. Lots of Synth. An audio ocean of well-produced music and a crazy storyline. Yes a storyline that is told through the songs and videos. And the music videos are like films. Whatever they do, they do it well. There's something there for everyone, even if you don't vibe with it all. Only Loona, Red Velvet, and IU can make me tear up listening to them. Loona (365, a song dedicated to the fans for being so loyal after so much disappointment from their label) and IU (she had lost idol best friends -more than one- to sooisyde, and the song 8 is sort of a tribute) They've been through so much emotional trauma in their lives and careers. There are three fandoms that really get along. Reveluvs, Orbits and InSomnia, the fandom for Dreamcatcher (more kpop/rock, think Evanescence) The three fandoms get along the best. We generally like each other's much a lot! 1.5) Red Velvet - the best group of all time, in my humble opinion. They should be world famous by now, like Blackpink. They're that good. Better than Blackpink, and I really like BP. Red Velvet makes me tear up because the music is just...that...good. (and they're easy on the eyes too) 2) G-Idle - my love for Yuqi and Minnie is undying. Soyeon is a genius for Put It Straight. 3) New Jeans - just stunning. Their potential is limitless. 3) XG - the best young group tied with New Jeans for me. Their appreciation of classic Rap and hip pop is noted and loved. From Bone thugs to Luniz to Lauren Hill. 5) Blackpink (they brought me into this crazy kpop world, and I'm forever grateful and loyal) If you ever decide to listen to Loona, let me know, or let an Orbit know. They'll tell you how, because there is a way to listen to them and a good reason why. I'll never tell anyone what to do, but try not to stream the official videos because it gives the label money, and the Loona members sued their label and won independence (very predatory contracts like TLC almost, but worse), but the appeals are still ongoing. Sorry this is so long, man.

IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE. I also wish I could listen to Underwater twice at the same time. I need it multiplied and I need it injected straight into my veins. I need to be Underwater in a lake of the song itself. I will be looking for whoever makes the 10hr Underwater loop video on KZbin hahaha A series of mini duets is so accurate though. I love when they work their vocals together like that so much. And Scenery is really that kind of song to just let wash over you - it's so beautiful. Ranking the album is just tooooo hard. The songs are all so good. The songs are all just right for just where they are in the album. One Kiss and Bulldozer give this big boost of energy at that point of the album, then we get the uplift of Wings and the beautiful closer of Scenery - it's just perfect. I like having the reflective/nostalgic mood at the end of an album. I thought on first listen I might also not listen to Wings/Scenery as much even though they're gorgeous - because same I tend to like other kinds of vibes to go randomly in the playlist, but SAME they're too beautiful, I am so charmed by them and listen to them often as well.

Haha thank you! Yeah there just so many reactors with way bigger channels so I wanted to try doing things a little differently. I also got annoyed watching some other reactors (pretending to care, not learning names, talking over the song or not saying anything at all etc.) and that's why I made my own channel haha. Glad to have you here! I need to trim the beard a bit though lol.
