Great Big Sea - The Banks of Newfoundland

Last February we got together with guys from Great big Sea to do a bit of filming. This day, however, happened to be the coldest day of the year and with the wind and snow coming off the water behind us we thought we just might freeze. Turned out wel in the end, we captured this great performance.

Far out, Brussel Sprout, it's 24 deg C and 79% humidity in Coffs Harbour NSW Australia. Winter lasts 2 weeks here (yeh yeh, officially it's June to Aug inclusive) but I only count winter when I have to put socks on my feet and wear long sleeved thin cotton T-shirt (vs short sl thin cotton T-shirt)

Not sure, I BELIEVE a sailor died during a voyage, and blood was possibly leaking from parts of his face (Nose, Mouth, ears, etc.), probably keeping his body clean to be cremated.
